Job Description
We are looking for our first Business Development Manager in the United States. You will own new business end to end, from first conversation through to a signed workspace, selling PragmaCRM to B2B sales teams of two to fifty people.
This is a genuine first-seat role. There is no playbook to inherit and no lead list waiting for you. What there is instead is a product built by people who have done your job, a clear point of view about how B2B sales should work, and the freedom to build the motion the way you think it should be built.
You will have direct access to the people building the product, and what you hear on calls will reach the roadmap without passing through three layers first. The motion you build becomes the one the company uses.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience carrying and hitting a quota in a B2B environment, and the judgement to know when a deal is not one.
- Full-cycle experience rather than a single stage of it
- Comfort building outbound from scratch, without an existing list
- The discipline to disqualify early, because a bad fit costs more than a lost deal
- Clear written communication, since we are remote-first and decisions live in writing
- Enough curiosity about the product to demo it credibly to someone who has seen ten CRMs
